Inventario arquitectónico de la Escuela de Música José Ángel Lamas

Caminando por las calles de la cuidad de Caracas, se encuentra la antigua escuela de Bellas Artes de Caracas , hoy escuela de Música José Ángel Lamas, una institución que ha graduado insignes músicos de la nación, en la fachada se muestra como payaso con su sonrisa permanente, pero por dentro va la procesión de los habitantes de dicha institución.

Los hermosos talentos de los estudiantes que allí suspiran en los avatares y sonrisas de profesionalización como músicos, esta envuelta en las ruinas de una escuela que fue construida en tres tiempos.

Una etapa que data de la época de la colonia, otra que se construye en los comienzos del siglo XX, y una remodelación realizada por los estudiantes a finales del siglo XX m dicha remodelación originada por la intrínseca necesidad de salones de clases, por el constante olvido de las instancias gubernamentales encargadas de la edificación.

Durante  meses siguientes  dedicaremos las páginas de este diario a visitar y enumerar las vicisitudes y bondades de la Escuela de Música José Ángel Lamas, para mostrar los verdaderos rostros de la Música en Venezuela.

 المشي في شوارع مدينة كراكاس، هو المدرسة القديمة للفنون الجميلة في كاراكاس، مدرسة للموسيقى اليوم يتم عرض خوسيه أنخيل لامات، وهي المؤسسة التي تخرج موسيقيين حاليا في البلاد، وعلى واجهة ومهرج مع ابتسامته دائمة، ولكن داخل الموكب من سكان تلك المؤسسة.
مواهب الجميل الطلاب تنهد في وجود الآلهة ويبتسم المهني والموسيقيين، وتشارك في أنقاض المدرسة التي بنيت على ثلاث مراحل.
A المرحلة التي يعود تاريخها إلى الحقبة الاستعمارية، واحد التي تم إنشاؤها في أوائل القرن العشرين، ويعيد به الطلاب في إعادة عرض 20 م في وقت متأخر من هذا القبيل الناجمة عن الحاجة الجوهرية للفصول الدراسية، وذلك ثابت إهمال الجهات الحكومية المسؤولة عن المبنى.
لأشهر الصفحات التالية تكريس هذه اليوميات لزيارة وسرد الأحداث وفوائد مدرسة الموسيقى أنخيل امات خوسيه، لاظهار وجوه حقيقية للموسيقى في فنزويلا.

Architectural Inventory of the School of Music José Ángel Lamas

Walking the streets of the city of Caracas, is the old school of Fine Arts in Caracas, School of Music today José Ángel Lamas, an institution that has graduated distinguished musicians in the nation, is displayed on the facade as a clown with his smile permanent, but inside is the procession of the inhabitants of that institution.

A stage dating from the colonial era, one that is built in the early twentieth century, and a remodel done by students in the late twentieth m such remodeling caused by the intrinsic need for classrooms, by the constant neglect of the government bodies responsible for the building.

من قبل المارة بالقرب من قصر ميرافلوريس، لاحظ أن تتم تغطية النوافذ من داخل إحدى الغرف بواسطة ورقة كبيرة من الورق مما يشير إلى أنها gigantopografías.

النتائج المترتبة على تغطية مجموعة من النوافذ في قصر ميرافلوريس أو أي مبنى آخر العام أو الخاص، هو انخفاض في سطوع أو وضوح من الفضاء. قصر ميرافلوريس ليكون المبنى من رئيس السلطة التنفيذية لجمهورية فنزويلا، على واجهة لإخفاء مباشرة الفضاء الداخلي البصرية لضمان سلامة من كبار الشخصيات وكبار المسؤولين الذين هم هناك، ولكن مأوى لل وينبغي ان تكون هناك شخصيات لا تتداخل مع تصميم الفضاء. لافتات مكان أو غيرها من البنود التي تعيق ضوء غير كافية، وهذه التغييرات السعي وراء الفضاء، أي الإدراك البصري يجب أن تبقى صممه المهندس المعماري.

الأماكن العامة هي صورة الدولة نفسها، وينبغي أن المساحات العامة لذلك تكون دائما جميلة وكريمة ومفيدة، لكنها لم تتوقف عن ان تكون رائعة للجمهورية ...

Pasando Por las inmediaciones del palacio de Miraflores, observe que los vidrios de la parte interna de alguno de los salones se encuentran tapados por pliegos grandes de papel que indican que son gigantopografías.

Las consecuencias de tapar un conjunto de ventanales del palacios  de Miraflores o cualquier otra edificación pública o privada, es la disminución de la luminosidad o claridad del espacio. El palacio de Miraflores por ser una edificación del máximo mandatario de la republica de Venezuela, debe ocultar en su fachada la visual directa del espacio interno, para resguardar la seguridad de los dignatarios y altos oficiales que allí se encuentren, sin embargo el resguardo de las personalidades que allí se encuentran no debe interferir con el diseño del espacio. Colocar pendones u otros elementos que obstaculicen la luz es inapropiado, ya que con ello cambia la persecución del espacio, es decir, deben permanecer las percepciones visuales diseñadas por el arquitecto.

Desde mi punto de vista la forma correcta de mantener la seguridad del Palacio Presidencial manteniendo la arquitectura del edificio es colocando, vidrios Blindados para evitar el ingresos de balas en caso de emergencia combinados con los vidrios de visión unilateral o Cámara Gesell u otro sistema de opacidad. También es bueno recordar la conveniencia de evitar utilizar vidrios tipo espejo, ya que esto produciría el aumento de la temperatura exterior.

En otros espacios públicos como en la estación del Metro de la Hoya del sistema metro de Caracas Venezuela, se encuentra oculto con paneles de exposición la escultura Geco de Gran Magnitud. Para permitir la belleza constructiva original se debería ubicar los paneles de exposición en parales u otro diseño de un arquitecto especialista en museología que disponga la exposición sin interferir la belleza del Geco.

Los espacios públicos son la imagen del estado Mismo, por lo tanto los espacios públicos deben ser siempre bellos, dignos y útiles, pero nunca dejar de ser sublimes para la republica…
