HOW TO DOCUMENT THE SITE OR WEB PAGE SOURCE in an academic journal?

Webgraphy:At present the use of the Internet as a means of explosion of scholarly works and periodicals, has given the academic environment the following question How to register documents or writings of an author when they are posted on the network (Internet)?, Despite that many of these are poorly written or are the result of copying and pasting from other Web sources, many contain valuable information, because only on the Internet, for example description of travel to distant places, documents of people who can not publish hemerographic paper or newspapers of other nations, written in other languages, the range of documents is endless, but many of them are of high value for an investigation.Copyright must be respected, therefore it is illegal to copy and paste, although of a website, this document are guidelines for citing, and manage Web sources consistently in order to trace the articles and books used .Currently the documents found on the World Information Network (Internet) are recorded in the works as Web feeds, but this term does not give an exact description of the documents, so I decided to call Webgraphy.
Webgraphy DEFINITION:Of English WEB, the Greek (from gr., Γραφία, γράφειν root, writing) Script.
Webgraphy:1. Documents located in the Global Information Network.2. WEB sources.
